We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a 25 percent restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact customerservice@storagemotion.com. If your return is accepted, please ship back to us using Fed Ex or UPS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount charged, less the original shipping charges and the 25 percent restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 We have a 3 year limited warranty. We will ship to you any part needed including motors. Returning the unit is usually not necessary. Please contact customerservice@storagemotion.com for any warranty question.


 We ship our units with an Adult Signature Required so if you want the packages left at a gate or elsewhere please contact us so we can remove the Adult Signature Required BEFORE we ship the units.
